I saw your game is back for sale on steam and now your harlots dlc is missing, you say it got caught in the r18 ban? except you can still sell r18 content here. It's a soft ban and visa/mastercard still payout for adult content.
I don't understand why you're making people go to your patreon and spend $15USD for it instead - which costs more than the game does right now. So if we lose access to the DLC and want it back, people have to pay AGAIN to resub to your patreon.
I had the same issue when I felt you were funneling people off steam to patreon during the downtime, and now it's back I'm sadly disappointed and no longer want to buy your game. After your tax mishap and revoking keys 4 months ago, I thought you would be more considerate for how you distrubuted your games.
last i still had harlots on sale, it cost a significant (45 days) delay in my fee transfer to my paypal n hides my page on itch in general, so rather than cause issues with that it was safer for me to restrict it (its transferred normally at about a week now)
Tbh i hope people don’t go to my patreon just to buy the dlc, its more for beta access and other perks rather than the dlc . If someone lose access somehow, the page itself should still accessible to those who have bought it in itch prior to the ban. It’s only inaccessible to new buyers but previous owners can access it just fine. If they got it from patreon n lost it they can just contact me via email or discord directly

I did end up buying your game anyway because I was toying with the idea too much. I understand why you do what you do, I'm not that strung up about it but I felt like it needs to be known it's quite an inconvienance. Especially for new buyers like myself. Nobody likes being told to go somewhere else.
Like why is it paywalled at such a steep price on Patreon. Your previous comments under me 11days ago said $15. Obviously you want support as a developer for your future projects etc, which is why you have your exclusives over there, but this is DLC for here. Are you considering making it more accessible?
thank u for ur understanding and support but genuinely its okay if u prefer to spend ur money elsewhere as ur criticism is very valid. Tho just want to clarify, 15usd is the price of the tier itself, not the dlc price btw. It’s just that the dlc is included in that tier way before any of this because it was posted there before public release and I don’t delete past posts. The tier grants access to patreon only art, beta access and basically the future sequel for free when it comes out. 15 usd is not the sole price of the dlc but the benefits of the rest of the perks I listed. It wasn’t supposed to be the only way to get the dlc but yeah shit happened.
I did try to put the dlc in patreon shop for a few days but that was an issue as well and some buyers said the purchase didn’t pull through, so I stopped that. I think that because patreon shop is still experimental to those with mature content (even if its fantasy and 2d) but unsure. Or it only allows non mature content for sale on shop. So basically right now I am honestly at my own wits end with it and sometimes just think to delete it but that would be unfair to those who bought it already so yeah…
It’s an inconvenience for both parties tbh and again I get my actions seems impractical but I just don’t see any viable options to sell that dlc as is yet. That said, I do want emphasize to not support or buy that tier just for the dlc, that is not the goal of it and please prioritize urselves.

It is planned but probably later in late November/December. this is due to the bug itself is not game breaking (Thane's curing event can still trigger) and for some reason the fix causes more issues for the steam version during beta testing than just leaving it be. So gonna work on that later.
Plus I do not trust steam currently so I'm still waiting on if my money will be sent at the end of September or not to have a continued partnership with them
about ivar and seth endings..how can u freeze the both of them without lo's rune? the guide says if i have ice potion which i do (2 of them) and i still can only freeze one. then when i try to tell fia to put ivar first she rejects it. really trying to get these endings ( seths and ivars)
u cannot freeze them both without the ice rune, as stated in the guide, u need the ice rune to freeze them both. but you can freeze them seperately with the ice potion and help seth for his ending they both will trigger his ending one way or another, seth has 2 ending varieties
Ivar’s ending is the easiest to trigger so long as you chose truth and do not complete the diary quest or kiss him, wether Fia accepts your request to put Ivar first or not as long as u do those 2 prequisites, his ending should trigger

I really love BS, thank you so much for your amazing work! I can't wait to find out what happens next, but I'm a little confused. If I've understood correctly, the DLC originally planned won't be a DLC but rather a sequel? With different MCs, still in the BS universe but after the events of BS? If so, is it possible to know the potential LIs? Or have a little summary (spoiler-free obviously) of the story? Of course if you were planning to communicate about this later, sorry and feel free to ignore my questions haha. ^^

i plan to release details later in August as I setting some things up for the reveal of characters and basically I am in recovery after injuring myself for making 30+ CGs for the demo lol. I finished playing the DLC awhile back and just had a quick question I don't know if its already been answered but me and my bestie are playing the game together on our own devices but chose different MC's. I was just wondering if their stories would line up throughout the game if we were to make similar decisions whether it is dialogue choices, love interests, or just in general? Because we realized that the MC's introductions were different in the beginning and would just like to know if we should just play the same character to get the same experience! Alright so i love the game so so much! I only went through Arshems route but after im done playing i have the need to play it again. There were some parts which i didnt really like. The part where Thane bonded with mc's sister made me have mixed feeligs since thane was one of the love insterests even if we didnt go through his route so it was just weird that he bonded with someone else. Also arshem being mad at the mc from future but not mad at the mc from present once he woke up was also pretty weird. Still it was a great story thank you for creating something so great!
I declined visiting Fia with him since doing so leads to me not being able to get the recipe. I instead got the recipe on 31/5 from the courtyard, crafted it right away. But, I have no option to cure him. Is he somewhere in the premises where I can do so? If I let it move onto the next day, he and Fia have already bonded.
I'm a bit lost, could you help me clear up why this is happening?

I think I coded this weirdly so that the cure cutscene (right after you craft the potion) doesn't trigger unless you chose to escort Thane to Fia. It has been fixed in the most recent update. Please update your game by redownloading the game files and thanks for pointing that out with the dates, helped a lot in me discovering the issue!

ah so you bought the game from steam? If so wait awhile I suppose. i plan to be back on steam in august or so since I just got my taxes in order. I had to wait for a court ruling to update my apssport n it just got done last friday. Will update later on steam but yeah wait a while until then.
Updating on itch doesn’t effect ur save but you just have to move the folder contents

I downloaded the game earlier this week, and I found a way to translate it into my language because I’m planning to create a visual novel in the future, and I wanted to see what was possible with Ren'Py. Plus, the game looked really promising.
What I didn't expect was to get completely hooked on my first playthrough and spend the entire night playing without even noticing the sun had come up.

I really LOVE Bewitching Sinners so, so much!! I generally don’t have the attention span to quickly finish everything in an otome. BUT Bewitching Sinners had me in a tight chokehold, that I did everything in the game! Got all endings, did all quests, and romanced all the bachelors, all in 2 weeks (if I didn’t have to work I’m sure I would have finished everything sooner. 😎) Out of the quartet, Arshem and Lyall are my favorites. I really enjoyed romancing them both. Though, I have to say Ivar, this man has me in a chokehold, I LOVE him so much and want to protect him! 💖 I’m excited to see there will be a sequel in which we can romance Ivar, you best believe I will be RUNNING to romance him! All in all, thank you for creating BS, after a long day at work BS helped me delve into escapism and immerse myself in a new world. And for that I’m truly grateful! 🥰
Have you thought about making an android version? I just bought it and I'm having a bit of trouble running it on joiplay it keeps kicking me before the game can load, it works with the demo version before but not the download from the one I bought, is there a reason or am I doing something wrong?😔
just bought the game (and dlc!!!!) and i’m in LOVE. quill is exactly My Type and i have SUCH a soft spot for lyall already too, plus the other two boys are so fun!!! im barely a few hours in and the game is already so interesting and enjoyable and i can’t wait to play more. i do have one question… how is the mc’s name pronounced? i’ve called him as “palm-ee-ay” (ay as in ray or bay) in my head but at first i pronounced the name “palm-ee-er” so im wondering if i was right the first time. im notoriously bad at figuring out how to pronounce names orz. i mean, either way i get to tease quill until he’s bright red and ready to slap me with his glove like a victorian gentleman so im happy hehe :D excellent game, the world building (and illustration) is gorgeous and the characters are outstanding both in looks and writing. thanks so much!!! <3
i have replayed this game sooo many times i lost count. i love the universe and the characters sooooo bad and im so in love with everything about the lore and the world they live in and just... ugh. its perfect!!! me and my online friend bonded over this game (I didn't even know they played indie visual novel games as well till i talked about this game with them!!!), thank u for creating this like i love it sm <33
I just purchased the game recently after the demo got me hooked and I must say this game is undeniably addictive. I am loving it very much so far! I really like how there is so many other side things to do it really passes time quick just doing quests in between, although I do sometimes get a bit lost with how I should go about exploring sometimes since I am a bit more used to traditional otome games but, it's really refreshing to not just hard focus on just a single main quest at all times! Also the cg's are to die for! And I love that you can choose to be a male or female lead character!!
I wonder if it will be re-released on Steam, which is really important to me. When I see it in the Steam library, it makes me feel a sense of belonging.
If I can get my taxes id verified by Steam, Id probably be back. it will be a while tho like 2-3 months minimum from now
Personally, some comments on the steam announcement put me off from steam, but I do like my chinese speaking players and supporters a lot so I prob will be back for them as itch is a harder platfrom for them

if I get the ok then yeah I will probably add keys to itch io purchase again, but tbh I can’t guarantee that yet because again right now I am waiting for my pasport to be republished and need to wait for steam confirmation as well after so it’s a bit up in the air now.
So for now just assume you don’t get a key because I can’t predict steam’s approval or not. If you purchase it now and later on I add steam keys, you will be able to claim a key since you purchased here, but again I can’t guarantee that yet
Tbh I don’t intend to further update BS as I much rather continue with the sequel. Where it will be posted depends on my taxes in steam later as currently I still can’t get verified as I am in the process of changing my passport name and will need to get verified using said document later (it will still be at least a 2 months process from now) so I can’t say anything concrete yet about returning to steam

just copy the PATCH folder of the dlc into the game folder of Bewitching Sinners there is a doc for the steps how to but it is more convenient in PC. I didn’t post th e dlc in steam due to age ratings
Really loved it and 100% recommend playing it if you’re looking for a romance game with fantastic characters and top notch fantasy lore, the characters was so lovable and interesting (was seriously difficult choosing a romance because they were all great) and the lore was super interesting! Did not expect getting so invested in the world and lore, like I wish I could read more of it! And Quill has my heartttt
Tho I will say that I played as female Palmier and it was kinda of a bummer finding out that she doesn’t get near as much content than male Palmier. Like the start intro scene is waaaay longer and explains the situation better and what do you mean I don’t get a CG of female Palmier jumping Quill on his pink float but male Palmier does??? T_T
Even after saying that, I will applaud them for even including both female and male Palmier and having it be so cinematic. I also liked that every romance option didn’t exclude that they were both interested in men, women and non-binary people no matter what gender your Palmier was. Made them more believable characters with wants and needs.
I just saw you removed the game from Steam - I had the game wishlisted around the time you released and I would've purchased the game on there if I knew it was going to be removed. Seems like a bizarre situation that's easily fixable.
You didn't need to remove it because your funds would have been held until your tax was fixed. I'm kindly asking you to consider returning it. It's very anti-consumer to sway people to come here, to Itch and to Patreon, considering this is not accessible for everyone and costs extra VAT (especially for Europeans)
though I get the announcement might seem abrupt, it is still my product and my issue which in actuality not as easily fixed.
i have been trying to get the tax fixed for the past 2 months before this announcement, it got fixed in April for a bit but then said still need further identification clarification. I genuinely might not be able to provide what they ask for as my last attempt of what can be done from my end , as it will be at least a 1 month process, and I am also unsure of results as it deals with my government.
The fact is, I don’t really know if my fix to the issue will be accepted by steam’s tax party or not and if does get accepted, I also have to wait and see if sticks or is it just temporary like last time.
If the tax issue isn’t resolved at all, I won’t receive the funds and just goes to steam for what would have been my cut.
I might return to steam if the tax issue is resolved of, but again, its also gonna be at least another 2 months of processing to get clarity on the tax. I am the one who has to be dealing with this not the consumers, so please don’t assume it is a quick and easy process.
Perhaps it may be seen as anti consumer in your eyes, but I have rights as a seller as well, and there is no benefit of me basically selling an item for nothing if I remain it at steam for now and even if its withheld by steam, it’s not like they can hold that forever either.
In by no means I am forcing anyone to buy my game. If itch or Patreon is not convenient for you then you are free to play other wonderful made VNs and games out there.
Okay, that makes your issue a little more understandable. I know you as the developer are the one dealing with said issue and I am hoping it is sorted for you. But when I read the announcement post, after you had taken down the game, I just thought it was pre-emptive decision considering it sounds like a simpler issue on paper. I don't see why Steam would not accept it - you'd be quite the anomaly if that were the case.
The only reason I said it was anti-consumer was because if anybody wants your game, they have to come here. I'm the kind of person to ask developers to add their games from Itch to Steam. I didn't say anti to insult you and make it seem like your rights are less. I just said it because I want your game and I want to buy your game - just not here. In Europe it costs more to buy here.
I already have enough wonderfully made VN's to play in my collection and I would much rather play your game than not. That's why I'm kicking my feet because you yourself don't even know if it's ever going to come back. Like what happens then?
if I can’t get verified by steam’s tax system then I will just sell my game on itch and patreon and if you really are interested get it while its on a big discount I suppose? I get the VAT may be annoying but tbh, even on steam those VAT still exists, they are just burdened to the seller (devs) than the buyer.

Personally, as a dev I much prefer itch than steam as it is much fairer in shares to me and less hassles when stuff like this happens.
Tbh I am a bit upset with steam tax third party as well since I actually been selling there for 7 years with no issue so I don’t get why they are fussing over my identifications now, but perhaps there is a policy change in America or something idk.

After a rather unhealthy 200+ hours, I have to say this has got to be one of my favorite visual novels games to date. The characters were lovable and the world was interesting. Learning about the different races and some of the history through the books and dialogue in game was a real treat. I think the darker tones and the twisted morality is what really did it for me, a lot of other games usually go the more cutesy route so it was a breath of fresh air with the direction you took it.
I'm glad the game is getting a sequel, though I am going to miss Palmier as the mc as I loved his interactions with the world and characters. October can't get here fast enough and I can't wait to see what's to come. Keep up the good work and I hope everything goes smoothly for you. :)
Btw i wanted to ask how many endings is there on the game ? I think i had so far 3 endings but strange enough the title were the same when i had the one where i ended up alone : Ignorance is bliss and the 2nd one when i dated Quill and he ended up on my world and the ending still Ignorance is Bliss , fell like i miss smth??
I made the most fabulous discovery in my years of gaming otomes datin sim , this one is the best i ever played until now. The story is incredible i cant even describe it , the art fcking gorgeous , the characters they are soooooooooo lovable just without spoiling or anything , playing this game wont get you bored a single time. Almost finished all of the routes and i dont want to finish it this game is so goooood 😭😭😢. And it even has this DLC with r18 😤 i bought it and i dont regret. The thing i regret the most is probably i bought it on steam, if i read beforehand the note about this game on sale on steam wouldve bought it on Itch.oi to support you… I’m really sorry

I did try to put the dlc in patreon shop for a few days but that was an issue as well and some buyers said the purchase didn’t pull through, so I stopped that. I think that because patreon shop is still experimental to those with mature content (even if its fantasy and 2d) but unsure. Or it only allows non mature content for sale on shop. So basically right now I am honestly at my own wits end with it and sometimes just think to delete it but that would be unfair to those who bought it already so yeah…
It’s an inconvenience for both parties tbh and again I get my actions seems impractical but I just don’t see any viable options to sell that dlc as is yet. That said, I do want emphasize to not support or buy that tier just for the dlc, that is not the goal of it and please prioritize urselves.

it is no longer available on steam or itch but it is a previous post in my patreon in the 15 usd tier. Unfortunately this is the best way I can have it around for now with the weird situation with payment processors

It is planned but probably later in late November/December. this is due to the bug itself is not game breaking (Thane's curing event can still trigger) and for some reason the fix causes more issues for the steam version during beta testing than just leaving it be. So gonna work on that later.
Plus I do not trust steam currently so I'm still waiting on if my money will be sent at the end of September or not to have a continued partnership with them

about ivar and seth endings..how can u freeze the both of them without lo's rune? the guide says if i have ice potion which i do (2 of them) and i still can only freeze one. then when i try to tell fia to put ivar first she rejects it. really trying to get these endings ( seths and ivars)
u cannot freeze them both without the ice rune, as stated in the guide, u need the ice rune to freeze them both. but you can freeze them seperately with the ice potion and help seth for his ending they both will trigger his ending one way or another, seth has 2 ending varieties
Ivar’s ending is the easiest to trigger so long as you chose truth and do not complete the diary quest or kiss him, wether Fia accepts your request to put Ivar first or not as long as u do those 2 prequisites, his ending should trigger

If I've understood correctly, the DLC originally planned won't be a DLC but rather a sequel? With different MCs, still in the BS universe but after the events of BS? If so, is it possible to know the potential LIs? Or have a little summary (spoiler-free obviously) of the story? i plan to release details later in August as I setting some things up for the reveal of characters and basically I am in recovery after injuring myself for making 30+ CGs for the demo lol. But yeah after I recover and hopefully the game scrne is also less gloomy I will probably post sneak peeks of bachelors etc in mid August

I finished playing the DLC awhile back and just had a quick question I don't know if its already been answered but me and my bestie are playing the game together on our own devices but chose different MC's. I was just wondering if their stories would line up throughout the game if we were to make similar decisions whether it is dialogue choices, love interests, or just in general? Because we realized that the MC's introductions were different in the beginning and would just like to know if we should just play the same character to get the same experience! the story will line up only the intro and some events vary but overall they have the same plot if you guys chose the same story choices

Alright so i love the game so so much! I only went through Arshems route but after im done playing i have the need to play it again. There were some parts which i didnt really like. The part where Thane bonded with mc's sister made me have mixed feeligs since thane was one of the love insterests even if we didnt go through his route so it was just weird that he bonded with someone else. Also arshem being mad at the mc from future but not mad at the mc from present once he woke up was also pretty weird. Still it was a great story thank you for creating something so great!

I'm struggling to figure out how to cure Thane.
I declined visiting Fia with him since doing so leads to me not being able to get the recipe. I instead got the recipe on 31/5 from the courtyard, crafted it right away. But, I have no option to cure him. Is he somewhere in the premises where I can do so? If I let it move onto the next day, he and Fia have already bonded.
I'm a bit lost, could you help me clear up why this is happening?

I think I coded this weirdly so that the cure cutscene (right after you craft the potion) doesn't trigger unless you chose to escort Thane to Fia. It has been fixed in the most recent update. Please update your game by redownloading the game files and thanks for pointing that out with the dates, helped a lot in me discovering the issue!

ah so you bought the game from steam? If so wait awhile I suppose. i plan to be back on steam in august or so since I just got my taxes in order. I had to wait for a court ruling to update my apssport n it just got done last friday. Will update later on steam but yeah wait a while until then.
Updating on itch doesn’t effect ur save but you just have to move the folder contents

I really LOVE Bewitching Sinners so, so much!! I generally don’t have the attention span to quickly finish everything in an otome. BUT Bewitching Sinners had me in a tight chokehold, that I did everything in the game! Got all endings, did all quests, and romanced all the bachelors, all in 2 weeks (if I didn’t have to work I’m sure I would have finished everything sooner. 😎) Out of the quartet, Arshem and Lyall are my favorites. I really enjoyed romancing them both. Though, I have to say Ivar, this man has me in a chokehold, I LOVE him so much and want to protect him! 💖 I’m excited to see there will be a sequel in which we can romance Ivar, you best believe I will be RUNNING to romance him! All in all, thank you for creating BS, after a long day at work BS helped me delve into escapism and immerse myself in a new world. And for that I’m truly grateful! 🥰
Have you thought about making an android version? I just bought it and I'm having a bit of trouble running it on joiplay it keeps kicking me before the game can load, it works with the demo version before but not the download from the one I bought, is there a reason or am I doing something wrong?😔

just bought the game (and dlc!!!!) and i’m in LOVE. quill is exactly My Type and i have SUCH a soft spot for lyall already too, plus the other two boys are so fun!!! im barely a few hours in and the game is already so interesting and enjoyable and i can’t wait to play more. i do have one question… how is the mc’s name pronounced? i’ve called him as “palm-ee-ay” (ay as in ray or bay) in my head but at first i pronounced the name “palm-ee-er” so im wondering if i was right the first time. im notoriously bad at figuring out how to pronounce names orz. i mean, either way i get to tease quill until he’s bright red and ready to slap me with his glove like a victorian gentleman so im happy hehe :D excellent game, the world building (and illustration) is gorgeous and the characters are outstanding both in looks and writing. thanks so much!!! <3

I just purchased the game recently after the demo got me hooked and I must say this game is undeniably addictive. I am loving it very much so far! I really like how there is so many other side things to do it really passes time quick just doing quests in between, although I do sometimes get a bit lost with how I should go about exploring sometimes since I am a bit more used to traditional otome games but, it's really refreshing to not just hard focus on just a single main quest at all times! Also the cg's are to die for! And I love that you can choose to be a male or female lead character!!
I wonder if it will be re-released on Steam, which is really important to me. When I see it in the Steam library, it makes me feel a sense of belonging.
If I can get my taxes id verified by Steam, Id probably be back. it will be a while tho like 2-3 months minimum from now

So for now just assume you don’t get a key because I can’t predict steam’s approval or not. If you purchase it now and later on I add steam keys, you will be able to claim a key since you purchased here, but again I can’t guarantee that yet

Where it will be posted depends on my taxes in steam later as currently I still can’t get verified as I am in the process of changing my passport name and will need to get verified using said document later (it will still be at least a 2 months process from now) so I can’t say anything concrete yet about returning to steam

just copy the PATCH folder of the dlc into the game folder of Bewitching Sinners there is a doc for the steps how to but it is more convenient in PC. I didn’t post th e dlc in steam due to age ratings

Really loved it and 100% recommend playing it if you’re looking for a romance game with fantastic characters and top notch fantasy lore, the characters was so lovable and interesting (was seriously difficult choosing a romance because they were all great) and the lore was super interesting! Did not expect getting so invested in the world and lore, like I wish I could read more of it! And Quill has my heartttt
Tho I will say that I played as female Palmier and it was kinda of a bummer finding out that she doesn’t get near as much content than male Palmier. Like the start intro scene is waaaay longer and explains the situation better and what do you mean I don’t get a CG of female Palmier jumping Quill on his pink float but male Palmier does??? T_T
Even after saying that, I will applaud them for even including both female and male Palmier and having it be so cinematic. I also liked that every romance option didn’t exclude that they were both interested in men, women and non-binary people no matter what gender your Palmier was. Made them more believable characters with wants and needs.
I just saw you removed the game from Steam - I had the game wishlisted around the time you released and I would've purchased the game on there if I knew it was going to be removed. Seems like a bizarre situation that's easily fixable.
You didn't need to remove it because your funds would have been held until your tax was fixed. I'm kindly asking you to consider returning it. It's very anti-consumer to sway people to come here, to Itch and to Patreon, considering this is not accessible for everyone and costs extra VAT (especially for Europeans)
though I get the announcement might seem abrupt, it is still my product and my issue which in actuality not as easily fixed.
i have been trying to get the tax fixed for the past 2 months before this announcement, it got fixed in April for a bit but then said still need further identification clarification. I genuinely might not be able to provide what they ask for as my last attempt of what can be done from my end , as it will be at least a 1 month process, and I am also unsure of results as it deals with my government.
The fact is, I don’t really know if my fix to the issue will be accepted by steam’s tax party or not and if does get accepted, I also have to wait and see if sticks or is it just temporary like last time.
If the tax issue isn’t resolved at all, I won’t receive the funds and just goes to steam for what would have been my cut.
I might return to steam if the tax issue is resolved of, but again, its also gonna be at least another 2 months of processing to get clarity on the tax. I am the one who has to be dealing with this not the consumers, so please don’t assume it is a quick and easy process.
Perhaps it may be seen as anti consumer in your eyes, but I have rights as a seller as well, and there is no benefit of me basically selling an item for nothing if I remain it at steam for now and even if its withheld by steam, it’s not like they can hold that forever either.
In by no means I am forcing anyone to buy my game. If itch or Patreon is not convenient for you then you are free to play other wonderful made VNs and games out there.

I know you as the developer are the one dealing with said issue and I am hoping it is sorted for you. But when I read the announcement post, after you had taken down the game, I just thought it was pre-emptive decision considering it sounds like a simpler issue on paper. I don't see why Steam would not accept it - you'd be quite the anomaly if that were the case.
The only reason I said it was anti-consumer was because if anybody wants your game, they have to come here. I'm the kind of person to ask developers to add their games from Itch to Steam. I didn't say anti to insult you and make it seem like your rights are less. I just said it because I want your game and I want to buy your game - just not here. In Europe it costs more to buy here.
I already have enough wonderfully made VN's to play in my collection and I would much rather play your game than not. That's why I'm kicking my feet because you yourself don't even know if it's ever going to come back. Like what happens then?

if I can’t get verified by steam’s tax system then I will just sell my game on itch and patreon and if you really are interested get it while its on a big discount I suppose? I get the VAT may be annoying but tbh, even on steam those VAT still exists, they are just burdened to the seller (devs) than the buyer.
If neither itch or patreon options are acceptable then I am sorry but well that’s that.
Personally, as a dev I much prefer itch than steam as it is much fairer in shares to me and less hassles when stuff like this happens.
Tbh I am a bit upset with steam tax third party as well since I actually been selling there for 7 years with no issue so I don’t get why they are fussing over my identifications now, but perhaps there is a policy change in America or something idk.

After a rather unhealthy 200+ hours, I have to say this has got to be one of my favorite visual novels games to date. The characters were lovable and the world was interesting. Learning about the different races and some of the history through the books and dialogue in game was a real treat. I think the darker tones and the twisted morality is what really did it for me, a lot of other games usually go the more cutesy route so it was a breath of fresh air with the direction you took it.
I'm glad the game is getting a sequel, though I am going to miss Palmier as the mc as I loved his interactions with the world and characters. October can't get here fast enough and I can't wait to see what's to come. Keep up the good work and I hope everything goes smoothly for you. :)

I think i had so far 3 endings but strange enough the title were the same when i had the one where i ended up alone : Ignorance is bliss and the 2nd one when i dated Quill and he ended up on my world and the ending still Ignorance is Bliss , fell like i miss smth??

I made the most fabulous discovery in my years of gaming otomes datin sim , this one is the best i ever played until now. The story is incredible i cant even describe it , the art fcking gorgeous , the characters they are soooooooooo lovable just without spoiling or anything , playing this game wont get you bored a single time.
